MEET PRISCILLA

With over 12 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, Priscilla has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from her varied roles within the sector. Prior to founding CosCreation in 2022, Priscilla  has held numerous positions from Senior Formulation Chemist at a contract manufacturer, to Quality Assurance Manager for a major UK and international Health and Beauty retailer.  Most recently Priscilla held the position of Technical Project Manager for a luxury cosmetics start-up brand.  

Having studied and worked in both France and the UK, as well as combining experience in lab, factory, and retail environments, Priscilla has developed the portfolio of skills needed for success in today's fast moving cosmetics industry.  Priscilla understands both the technical and the marketing challenges that a cosmetics brand will face when launching new products.       

Proud of her Malagasy origins, Priscilla was keen to pay tribute to her heritage  by incorporating the "Ravinala" or "Traveller's Palm" into her company's identity.  This emblem of Madagascar symbolises the spirit of adventure and discovery that motivates CosCreation, and ties in with our commitment to promote the use of Madagascar's various plant resources in cosmetics.
